Not fully satisfied with your purchase? You can email us at contact@anneclairescreations.com within 14 calendar days of receiving your order, stating your reason for the return. Once we’ve accepted your return request,you’ll have 14 calendar days to send the item back to us, as required by EU law.
As soon as we’ve received the jewelry in good condition, we’ll issue a refund to the original payment method. If approved, your refund will be processed within 10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process and post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved, please contact us at contact@anneclairescreations.com
In line with EU regulations, your item must be returned in the same condition as you received it: unworn or unused, and in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is also required.
Please ensure your return is carefully packaged to avoid damage during transit. We’re unable to refund items that arrive damaged due to improper packaging.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer, unless the product is faulty or the wrong item was sent. We strongly recommend sending your return with a track & trace code. Anneclaire’s Creations is not responsible nor liable for lost return shipments.
Custom-made items that were created on request and are therefore not part of our regular collection cannot be returned. We also do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Faulty item upon arrival
Did you discover a defect when your order arrived? Please contact us as soon as possible via contact@anneclairescreations.com. We’ll look into the issue and find a suitable solution together.
Please inspect your order as soon as you receive it and get in touch right away if an item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, so we can evaluate the situation and make things right. If we do not receive a report within 3 business days after delivery, we will assume the order was received in good condition.
We will ask you to send us high-resolution photos of the damaged jewelry. Each case will be reviewed individually to determine the best course of action.
If the item can be repaired, we’ll either offer to carry out the repair ourselves or reimburse the repair costs. Minor issues can often be fixed, which is more sustainable and our preferred solution.
Replacement
If repair is not possible, we’ll send you a replacement. We kindly ask that you return the defective item to us, so we can continue to ensure the quality of Anneclaire’s Creations. As soon as we’ve received the faulty product, we’ll ship the replacement.
