Please allow 5–7 business days for the creation and processing of your order before it is shipped. Each piece of jewelry in this shop is handmade with great care and attention. As this business is run by a chronically ill artisan, occasional delays in preparation or shipping may occur. We appreciate your understanding and support for handmade creations made with love, patience and resilience. If you ever have a question about timing, we’re always happy to update you. Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout. Orders over €199 are shipped free of charge within the Netherlands. Unfortunately, we do not offer free international shipping at this time.

If a package gets lost or damaged during shipping, please contact us as soon as possible at contact@anneclairescreations.com. We will follow up with the carrier to resolve the issue.

If your parcel is marked as “delivered” but you haven’t received it, we recommend contacting the shipping carrier directly.
